Castleknock
Carroll Dojo opened its latest dojo in the Castleknock/Dublin 15 area in Summer 2023.
We are located in HUB 15 attached to the Castleknock Community Centre, Laurel Lodge Road, Dublin 15 (Eircode: D15 T3PN)
Classes commence with a comprehensive warm-up, which, over time enhances your fitness and agility. Strength is not a prime requirement, so this is an ideal form of self-defence for both men and women.
Tuition includes punching, kicking, throws, grappling, an introduction to traditional weapons such as katana, hanbo and bo, together with defensive techniques against knives and batons.
The club programme also includes social activities as well as external weekends seminars with grading.
With fitness, self defence and traditional ninjutsu modules, beginners will get to work on improving their fitness as well as learning self-defence, building confidence etc.
